How to Return or Exchange:
When you receive your order, you will find a packing slip included in your box. On the reverse side of your packing slip you will find an easy-to-use return form. Simply fill out this form and return it to us along with the merchandise to:

If you need to exchange an item (different size, color, etc.) simply re-order the correct item right away so we can ship it to you. (We will charge this to your credit card.) Then fill out the form on the reverse side of your packing slip and return it to us along with the merchandise to:

Once we receive your return, we will credit your credit card.
Returns are
processed within 72 hours of receipt and your credit card is credited at that time. Be sure to tell us the reason for your return or exchange- your input will help us determine if we need to improve on a product or provide better descriptive or sizing
information.
The items you return for full credit must be returned within 30 days. Returnable items are unused items returned in their original packaging (in the manufacturer's box or bag). Your credit card will be refunded for the full purchase price, less shipping, and
handling.
Gate Returns
If you find it necessary, for any reason, to return your gate, it must
be disassembled, and all parts returned. The gate must be repackaged in
its original container, with all original packaging material properly
inserted in the box. If the gate is damaged during return transit, due
to improper re-packaging, you may be accountable for damage.
Personalized items are exchangeable if sub-standard in quality or defective, but not
returnable.
