order?
A. For questions about sizing, product measurements, product use, safety concerns, etc., please
e-mail us.
Q. How do I order items from the print catalog
online?
A. Easy! Just click the search feature located on the navigation bar at the top of every page. In the SEARCH box, type in the item number from the catalog. If the item is available on-line, it will
appear.
Q. I want to order items from an older catalog, but I can't find those items in your most recent catalog or on-line. Can I still order
them?
A. Possibly. Items that become discontinued from our catalog or from the manufacturer may still be in stock (usually in very low quantities). The best way to find out if an item is still available is to
e-mail us.
Q. I purchased an item from you, but now you are no longer carrying the item. Is the item defective? Was it
recalled?
A. Items are discontinued for many reasons which may or may not involve safety or quality. Sometimes, a manufacturer will discontinue a popular, highly demanded item prior to the release of a new and improved version of the item. Other times, discontinued products are dropped from our catalog because the manufacturer is unable to fill our quantity demands for the product. Of course, there are cases in which products just do not sell well either on-line or in the catalog.
